Our Cancelation Policy
We realize things come up in day-to-day life. While truly sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and we are still responsible for paying the therapist you were booked with.
In fairness to all clients, this policy is firm:
All cancellations must be made by email, phone, or text to frontdesk@urbanbathsfolsom.com or (916) 292-2842.
No charge for cancellations made by email, phone, or text more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment or reservation time, clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled service or appointment price.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before appointment or reservation time, clients are charged the full price of the scheduled service or appointment type.
Clients who don’t cancel or show up for a scheduled appointment or reservation will be charged full price for the scheduled service or appointment type.
This policy applies to all appointments and reservations for individuals and groups of 5 or less. (Groups of 6+ and private bathhouse rentals have a separate policy)
